Find your Voice, Realise your Power
After fully recovering from an Eating Disorder which stole over 10 years of her life, Hannah believes that with the right support and guidance freedom is absolutely possible. She offers a unique therapy programme called You Unleashed to inspire, empower and guide her clients and their families towards achieving full recovery from food struggles.
About the You Unleashed Programme
You Unleashed is a personalised, monthly 1:1 programme designed to help you permanently overcome issues with food, emotional struggles and fears holding you back in your life. There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to Eating Disorders and unfortunately generalised treatment has poor success rates, with less than 40% of people ever achieving full recovery. This is why You Unleashed is individualised and built on multiple therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Cognitive Hypnotherapy, ACT, EMDR, EFT and Coaching to offer a complete solution within one programme.
For girls and women struggling with food, weight, body image and exercise, who are ready to commit to themselves and their recovery.
You will be guided through a 4-step process which includes ongoing weekly sessions, additional support and access to individualised education to guide you through any challenges which may arise and ensure you keep making the progress you desire.
Hannah meets you exactly where you are and you will work closely together for as long as you need or until you feel confident enough that you no longer need her guidance.

EMOTIONAL & COMFORT EATING
HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS
What’s holding you back?
For many, life is spent feeling trapped by food, weight and exercise and unable to be their true selves:
Guilt, shameand feeling isolated
Hiding your problems from people around you. You find yourself living a lie and feeling like an imposter as you continue to put on the 'I'm ok' act. If this happens for long enough it leads to deep feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Feeling out-of-control and overwhelmed
There is a loud, negative inner voice controlling your mind with soul destroying comments such as 'you are not good enough', 'you don't deserve that', 'you can't do that what will people think of you’. This leaves you feeling exhausted, defeated and totally overwhelmed.
Low confidence and self-worth
You feel like you have to do more, achieve more and take on more responsibility. This slowly damages your confidence and belief that you are worthy and deserving of so much more. You feel stuck and trapped as your problems have become a part of who you are and a normal part of your day to day life.
The Four Key Principles of You Unleashed
Your ability to accept or admit the truth of how you are feeling and take full ownership for where you are in life. You recognise the importance of prioritising you and your needs first, so you can be the woman you want to be for your family, partner, kids and friends.
The degree to which you truly understand your mind, how it works and what your unique process is when it comes to your food struggles. Having the knowledge and building the right skills and strategies is essential to be able to influence your mind in the way you want and resolve deep-rooted blockages keeping you stuck.
How much you are able to live your life free to be your true self. She has a voice and speaks up to voice her opinion and share her beliefs and passions in life. You know you are not your problems, you are so much more than your appearance and you have so much more to offer the world.
The degree to which you are out there, being bold, taking risks and looking for opportunities to grow. You know who you are and what you stand for and you have a vision for what you want for your future. You have connection and intimacy in your life and a strong acceptance and appreciation for your body.
Helping you to keep motivated and feel supported, enabling you to make the progress that you desire
You already have all the power and strength you need within you to take back control of your life. And you don’t have to do this alone. Gain the right support which is non-judgemental, reassuring and focused on you as an individual.

It can be hard to see into your future life when you are at the cusp of reaching out or at the very start. I definitely started my journey with some self-doubts that I would ever be permanently free from my eating disorder and feeling good enough in my own skin.
But it is possible even if you don’t totally believe it....yet.
Just take a look...
I was so overwhelmed, stressed and felt like my whole life was out of control, so I started to use food to gain a sense of release from my manic routine and to quieten my busy mind. On particularly stressful days I would not eat all day and when I got home, it was like having an out of body experience and I would find myself binging on whatever I could get my hands on. I hated myself and felt disgusted when I looked in the mirror. It was like this ’thing’ would just take over me and nothing but food would do. The best thing about working with Hannah was the amount I learnt about myself and realising that I actually did have control, I just didn’t have the knowledge or tools. I learnt how to deal with my binge urges through a practical strategy I could use in-between sessions and I learnt how to manage my emotions with within, rather than looking outside myself to make me feel better. I felt so powerful! Now I feel confident I can continue to live the life I had envisioned for myself before my eating problems took over and I have this huge toolbox to help me thrive in my busy job. I haven’t binged in weeks! DK.

Help for parents & carers
If you suspect that someone you love and care for is struggling with food or you have made some discoveries that worry you, please get in touch. I am here to listen to you and to encourage you during this very difficult period, letting you offload some of the tension and heartache.
I speak to many parents each month with children ranging from as young as four years old, to those in their twenties, thirties and beyond. I want you to know that however old your child is, you are always a parent.
Food struggles often begin as a short-term coping strategy, which, if left untreated can then develop into an illness that takes over a person’s life and their willingness to seek help.
Studies show that the sooner someone with eating distress is given help and support, the swifter their recovery.
I know from feedback from parents, that trying to make sense of disordered eating or eating disorders is something needed by family members. Below are a whole range of resources to support you through this difficult time.
“It’s not something you get training for, or much advice beforehand, and suddenly being faced with restricted eating or binging or purging completely threw us into confusion and anxiety. It made us question ourselves and our parenting skills. Understanding why and whether what we were facing was typical rather than ‘just us’, was really important.” (www.anorexiabulimiacare.co.uk).
